(for the processing of data resulting from measures to combat and contain the spread of COVID-19)

Dear Sir / Madam

We wish to inform you that EU Reg. 2016/679 (“European regulation on the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects and respect for the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to articles 13 and 14, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
Identification details of the data controller and the Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  1. Purpose of the processing for which the data are intended
    The processing of the personal data you provide is aimed at:
    1.1 participation in the virtual fair called agritravel expo virtual;
    1.2 for receiving communications and information material on the events promoted by us.
  2. Processing methods
    In relation to the indicated purposes, your common data are subject to digital processing. The processing operations are implemented in such a way as to guarantee the logical, physical security and confidentiality of your personal data.
  3. Legal basis of the processing
    For the purpose referred to in point 1.1. the legal basis is constituted by his registration, and therefore, the request to participate in the fair as a visitor, exhibitor or operator of the sector.
    For the purpose referred to in point 1.2. the legal basis is constituted by your express request for registration aimed at receiving what is expressed in point 1.2 given the legitimate interest of the data controller to promote its initiatives within the customer loyalty policy in accordance with recital 47 of the GDPR; your right to object remains unaffected.

  5. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision
    The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in points 1 and 2 is not mandatory but failure to provide it could make it impossible to provide the requested service.
  6. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
    Your data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the specific regulatory provisions except for users who register for the event as OPERATORS whose contact details will be communicated to exhibitors in order to allow them to plan with exhibitors even at other times the virtual meetings that do not find space in the few days dedicated to the fair.
  7. Method and duration of storage of personal data
    Your data will be stored in digital format and will be deleted at the end of the event.
  8. Rights of the interested party
    According to the Regulation (articles 15-22) the interested party can exercise the following rights towards the data controller / joint controllers:
    – Right of Access.
    – Right of Rectification.
    – Right to Cancellation
    – Right to Restriction of Processing
    – Right to Data Portability
    – Right to object to processing
    – Right not to be subject to automated decision-making processes
    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
